On Saturday, February 4 (the day before Paskenta) we will be having a private tour at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. As one of our major sponsors we encourage ALL members to attend and show support to a company that has been generous to our club, and the cycling community at large. Following the tour, we will be having club photos and for those that are interested a club group ride. The brewery does require an age of 12 years and old to participate in the tour.
Check in at the gift shop lobby at 9:45 a.m. and bring ID’s as we end our tour in the tasting room!
UPDATE: The Sierra Nevada Tour is FULL.
Just a few reminders for tomorrow's brew tour...
-Check in is at 9:45am at the Brewery Gift Shop (if you want tasting bring your ID)
-Our tour is full, so if you did not RSVP with Michelle we will set up an additional tour later in the year you can catch
-We are having club photos after the tour, so bring your kits or stage race t-shirts (you will have time to change into kits/jerseys)
-If you are not making to the tour, you can still make it to photos and a ride (show up at 11:15am!)
-The ride will start at the brewery>>Midway>>Oro-Chico Hwy>>Durham-Dayton Hwy...and then from there we can break off depending on how many miles you want to get in

If you weren't able to pick up your kit order at the 1/6 Corsa meeting, or if you'd like to purchase one of the handful of medium short sleeve jerseys we have in club inventory, email Brian at the letter "b," then the letter "e," then the underscore character (_), and tag that onto the front of "ray" at scglobal dot net.
We should be gearing up for a follow-up order opening by some time in March, if not sooner. As soon as we nail down a couple of variables with Voler, we'll open up the storefront again.

LSD Rides (Long Steady Distance)
Meet 9am @ One Mile in Lower Park
The LSD ride stands for "long steady distance" and is open to everyone. The pace does not go over 22 mph and there are various points where riders can turn to head back for a shorter ride. Rides will vary from 30 to 60 miles in length and get longer as we get closer to race season. This is not a "hammerfest" by any means. All are welcome.
Want to pick a route and lead a weekend ride? We are looking for all interested in LSD Leadership. Pick one Sunday (or 2 or 3 or more Sundays) you know you're available, and get people riding! Contact Michelle Rossman to get your ride info posted.
