Friday, May 1st @ 6PM- Chico Corsa Club meeting at Woodstock's Pizza. Come join us for the monthly meeting. We will be discussing the upcoming Lance Utterback Memorial Ride and asking for volunteers to help out.
Sunday, May 31st- The Lance Utterback Memorial Ride
The Lance Utterback Memorial Ride is a 100km (62 miles) bicycle ride from the City of Chico, the community Lance served, to the City of Corning, Lance’s home and where he is laid to rest. The Lance Utterback Memorial Ride is a family oriented event which includes an expo, kids bicycle safety city and several rides of varying lengths in addition to the primary flagship ride.
The primary focus of the Lance Utterback Memorial Ride is to raise local awareness of the serious health risk of cancer with the goal of raising money for cancer prevention, education and research.
